There is no point to continue along this journey to investigate the Book of Mormon. It is clear to me that this is a false testimony.

Galatians 1:6-9

6I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel:
7Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ.

8But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.

9As we said before, so say I now again, if any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.

The Book of Mormon is another gospel. It may or may not have been given by an angel.

God’s word is completely, adequately, and perfectly revealed to mankind through the sixty-six books of the Holy Bible. Take my advice, if you have a copy of the Book of Mormon, burn it, bury the ashes, and pray for those who are deceived into thinking that it is scripture. Friends, it isn’t from God. Since it isn’t from God, that means it is from the Devil.

And one last thing friends: if you speak English, get the most accurate English translation available of the Holy Bible, The King James. These new translations are paraphrased and watered down and used by the Devil to distort what the Scriptures really say. Don’t fall for that trap either. The King James Version stood for over three centuries as the definitive English translation and that is quite a test of time. You can trust it. Don’t settle for a second-best translation.

If you are a Mormon, pray that God will deliver you from cult you are in. Cut ties with that group and flush all of that Joseph Smith nonsense. Get a Bible, go to your local Baptist church, and experience the simple truth of the genuine gospel.
